The room was spacious, but the internet connection was unreliable during our stay.

Our family really enjoyed our stay, especially the spacious rooms and the fantastic pool area. The varied buffet was a highlight for all of us, and the arcade games kept the kids entertained. I would definitely choose this place again!

Spacious room, comfortable bed, with a well-stocked breakfast buffet featuring healthy options that kick-started my day and a superb location just a short walk from the beach and train station, making it easy to explore local attractions and access nearby cities.

All fine, but poor dining quality

i stayed for 6 nights with my family at this hotel and it truly exceeded our expectations compared to our last visit in santa susanna. the friendly staff made us feel welcome, and the clean, spacious room was perfect for us. we loved the variety and deliciousness of the food served every day.

the gym required an additional fee.

The hotel is fantastic! The rooms are spacious, well-decorated, and my view of the pool was lovely. There were always plenty of sun loungers available, and the large pool kept everyone happy.

However, the cleaning staff must've thought we were part of a 'no clean' club. We were practically giving them a map to find our room!

The massage services offered were exceptional, providing a relaxing experience after long days of exploration. The pool area was well-maintained, with plenty of sunbeds available for families. The manager's prompt response in changing our room to a twin configuration for the kids was much appreciated.

aqua hotel is a fantastic spot for a relaxing getaway. the room was cozy, and we loved the amazing pool area. it's peaceful and has just enough lounge chairs. also, the staff was super nice and efficient, making it easy to get help whenever we needed it. the location is great, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
